Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the E-Bike
Carefully repackage the bike in its original factory box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included and secured to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for mileage and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
